A challenge for customers can be that they cannot process payments over 25,000 kr. with Visa or Mastercard.
This amount limit is typically set by the customer's bank. The customer can often have the limit increased in their mobile bank or by contacting the bank directly.
As an alternative, we can activate the payment method Trustly, which makes it possible to process payments without an amount limit.
Here's how it works:
Ask support to enable Trustly and payment link in the checkout.
Select "Payment link" in the checkout and enter the customer's phone number.
The customer receives and opens the payment link.
The customer selects the payment option "Trustly".
The customer completes the payment flow.
