This guide shows how to connect Bikedesk with S-Connect, so inventory data from your POS system can be displayed in Find Nearby on Specialized.com.
The setup consists of two parts:
Setup in Bikedesk
Activation in the S-Connect portal
You will need:
Login to Bikedesk
Login to S-Connect
Your Bikedesk account number
An API token from Bikedesk
Go to Bikedesk and log in with your normal user credentials.
Once you are logged in, click on Settings at the bottom left.
Go to the tab API under Settings.
Here you need to create two webhooks that send data from Bikedesk to S-Connect.
Click on + Add Hook.
You need to create the following two hooks:
Event:pospayment.created
URL:https://bikedesk.rcrm.pro/processHooks
Then click Save.
Event:stocktransaction.committed
URL:https://bikedesk.rcrm.pro/processHooks
Click Save.
Both hooks should point to the same URL. The official guide specifically lists these two events and the URL. https://bikedesk.rcrm.pro/processHooks.

Stay in the Settings → API section.
Under API users, click + User.
Fill in the user as follows:
Name:S-Connect
Email:
Enter a relevant contact email address. You may use your own email if needed.
Then click View API Token.
Copy and save the API token in a secure location. The token will be used later in the S-Connect portal, and it cannot be displayed again after it is created.
At the top of the page in Bikedesk, you will find your 4-digit account number.
Note this number. It will be used together with the API token in the S-Connect portal.
Go to:
https://specportal.rcrm.pro/
Log in with your S-Connect login credentials.
The first time you log in, you must accept S-Connect's terms and conditions. You can review them again later.
In S-Connect, you must enter:
The 4-digit Bikedesk account number
the API token you created in Bikedesk
Then click Save.
When the setup is completed correctly, a message saying Setup Complete will appear.
Once setup is complete, you can expect Bikedesk inventory data to be available on Find Nearby on Specialized.com within about 1 hour.
