If you have a really great idea to improve existing features or you've come up with the next brilliant function, we're happy to receive suggestions for new features. And of course, if you find a bug in the system, we're all ears!
We often get calls from customers who have a great idea for a new feature or an improvement to an existing one.
To make sure we create the feature just how you want it, it's super important that you send your suggestion to us by email. Before you send us your idea, please search for the feature in our helpcenter first. In many cases, the feature already exists and just needs to be found.
When you send us a suggestion, it's important to add as many details as you can:
What's the challenge and what do you need for the feature to be the way you want?
Why isn't the current version of the feature enough?
Suggestions must be sent to our support email, and we’ll make sure your suggestion gets to the right developer. We don’t accept suggestions for improvements over the phone, because we need to be able to forward your words and contact info to our developers.
Note! We can’t guarantee that a suggestion will become a feature, but every incoming suggestion is reviewed and everyone gets a reply about whether it’s possible, and if it’ll be developed right away or put in the queue.
If you spot a bug in the system, we’d love to hear from you, so we can fix it as soon as possible.
If it’s a critical bug, like you can’t complete a sale or something else important, you’re welcome to contact our support. You’ll find our phone number and what you need to do before calling us in our helpcenter.
If it’s a minor problem (like little design fixes or something similar), we’d love to get your bug report in writing—that way we can pass it to the right person and get it fixed faster.
