We offer an add-on called Master Data.
Master Data gives you access to a supplier database where you can freely search by product number or EAN code to quickly and easily find a product. This allows you to add it to your product catalog with details such as description, recommended retail price, supplier, and many other data points.*
We have a collection of over 500,000 products from more than 150 suppliers, covering industries such as bicycle shops, garden & park, and jewelry stores.
*Available information depends on the supplier and industry. Purchase price is always specific to each retailer and is therefore never included.
Once the feature is activated, a new search field will appear in your product creation window, allowing you to search through all products relevant to your industry.
You can search by supplier or narrow down your search using a product number or EAN code to find a specific product.*

Master Data is a paid add-on to your subscription. It costs DKK 150 per month and can be cancelled at any time. No binding period or commitment.
The module can be activated by going to Settings → Subscription, selecting Master Data, and confirming the change.
Please note that you will only gain access to the portion of our Master Data that is relevant to your store’s industry — e.g., Bicycle Shop, Motorcycle Dealer, Jeweler, or Garden & Park.

"Do you have products from XYZ supplier in your database?"
– Unfortunately, we cannot confirm whether a specific supplier is included in our database. However, if you contact our support team, you can request a free trial to check whether the products you’re looking for are available.
"I would like products from supplier XYZ to be added. Is that possible?"
– In most cases, yes. However, it requires permission from the supplier. We also need a product file from the supplier (in Excel or CSV format).
Contact the supplier directly and ask if they’re willing to send you a file with their products that you can forward to us, or have them send it to us directly.
"How often are products in Master Data updated, such as new releases or price changes?"
– This depends entirely on the supplier and how committed they are to maintaining their product data in our system. Unfortunately, we do not update anything automatically — it is the supplier's responsibility to send us new files if changes occur.
If you believe a supplier's products should be updated, contact them directly. We're always available to help and typically import updates within 3–5 business days after receiving them.
"Can I add Master Data myself if I want to?"
– Unfortunately, no. To ensure data quality, we restrict who can add products to the Master Data database. If you're a supplier or manufacturer and want to make it easier for your customers to find your products, contact our support — we’re happy to help you get started.
