We offer an add-on that we call Master Data.
Master Data gives you access to a supplier database where you can freely search by product number or EAN code, to easily and quickly find a product and thereby quickly create it in your product catalog with everything from description, recommended retail price, supplier and many other pieces of information*
We have a collection of +500,000 products distributed among +150 suppliers from industries such as Bike Shops, Garden & Park and Jewelers.
*Available information depends on supplier and industry. Cost price is always an individual matter, so it is never included.
When the feature is activated, you get a new search field in your product creation window where you can search among all products related to your industry.
Search by supplier or narrow down with a product number or EAN code to search directly for a unique product.*

*We don't guarantee that the product you're looking for exists in our master data, but we have quite a lot, so hopefully you'll find something that helps you anyway.
Master data is a paid add-on to your subscription. It costs +150 DKK per month and can be cancelled at any time. No commitment or obligations.
The module is activated by navigating to Settings -> Subscription and selecting 'Master data' and confirming the change.
Note that you only get access to the part of our master data that is relevant to your store's industry, e.g. Bike shop, Motorcycle dealer, Jeweler or Garden & Park.
If you need to change the registered industry, please contact our support.
"Do you have products from XYZ supplier in your database?"
- Unfortunately, we cannot disclose whether we have the specific supplier you are looking for in our database, but if you contact our support, you have the opportunity to get a free trial and check whether you can find exactly the products you are looking for from the desired supplier.
"I would like XYZ supplier's product collection to be added, is that possible?"
- It is most likely possible. However, it requires permission from the supplier. Additionally, we need a product file from the supplier to be added (in Excel/CSV format).
Contact the supplier directly and ask if they will send you a file with their products that you can send to our support or that they can deliver directly to us.
"How often are products updated in Master Data, for example in relation to news or price changes?"
- It depends on the individual supplier how often their products and prices are updated.
Since we are not the data owner, we depend on the supplier sending us updated product files when changes occur, and therefore no automatic updates of master data are performed.
If you think a supplier's products should be updated, we recommend that you contact the supplier directly. As soon as we receive updated data, we typically import it within 3-5 business days.
"Can I add master data myself if I want?"
- No, unfortunately not. To ensure that not everyone enters invalid data, we have to limit who can add products to master data. If you are a supplier/manufacturer and want to help your customers easily and quickly find your products, contact our support, and we'll figure something out.
