An alternative barcode can be used under the same conditions as the primary barcode and can be scanned in all the same places in our system.
Navigate to Settings (the gears icon in the bottom left corner).
Select the Inventory tab.
Check the box for Alternative Barcodes.
Once you have activated the feature in the settings, you can add an alternative barcode to your products:
Go to your products and click on More Details.
Enter the desired alternative barcode.
Click Save.
