How to Retrieve/Reload Your Card Agreements on Your Nets Payment Terminal (Both Lane3000 and Move3500)
If additional card agreements have been added to your terminal afterward, you need to reload them before they can be used on the terminal.
Procedure:
Insert the merchant card into the terminal's reader.
Select "Card Agreements" (use the Green button to select).
Then choose "Retrieve Agreements."
Wait while the terminal loads the latest card agreements (data set). This may take a few minutes.
Once the card agreements are loaded, they will be displayed on the screen along with your business information.
Make sure to press the Green button here to save the selection.
Once the card agreements are loaded, you should reconcile your terminal (via Cash Register -> Daily Reports -> Reconcile Terminal).
After this, the terminal’s card agreements are active and ready for use.
