By default, the system is set up to only print a return receipt for signature if the customer receives cash back for returning a product.
The standard is as follows:
When returning an item where the customer receives cash back for a product, we print a return receipt for signature.
If a customer returns a product and money is refunded to the customer's payment card, a return receipt for signature is not printed.
If the customer exchanges an item for another at the same price, a return receipt for signature is not printed.
If the customer returns an item and purchases items in the same cart, so the sum of the purchase is higher than the return of the item, we do not print a return receipt for signature.
If you want to have a return receipt for signature printed even though the money is paid out to the customer's payment card, you can change it in the settings.
Go to Settings and select the Print tab.

Her skal du sætte hak i “Print returkvittering selvom kunden ikke får penge retur”, så vil du fremover få printet retur-kvitteringen når kunden skal have penge tilbage uanset om det er tilbagebetaling kontant eller via betalingskort.
