To be able to use our quick-print program called Printdesk.
Printdesk is only required if you wish to use the quick-print function or use a Worldline (formerly Bambora) payment terminal.
For Printdesk to function optimally, we require that your computer has:
A 64-bit operating system
Min. 8GB RAM
Windows 11
Mac OS X 10.11 (El Capitan) or newer.
Internet connection of min. 25/15 mbit. (Wired or Wireless)
Note: Older versions of Windows, based on Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8 or 8.1 are no longer supported by either Microsoft or Printdesk.
Must be connected to the device via USB or Network (LAN port)
If a cash drawer is to be connected and functional, there must also be an RJ11/12 port for the cash drawer.
Use 72/80mm receipt paper.

We recommend 30/30 mbit - however minimum 25/10 mbit.*
A stable connection (with less than average 50 ms. ping.)
Wired internet to stationary computers and terminals.
*This should be higher if you expect to have more than 3-4 devices running on our system simultaneously.
If you have the option, we recommend internet via Coax or Fiber.
We advise against using ADSL or mobile broadband solutions, as speed and latency can typically fluctuate more.
Must be on iOS/iPad OS 17 for us to guarantee support.
