Getting started - guide for barcode scanner R40 – 2D

You start by turning on the scanner on the side by sliding it to on and pressing the button to scan, then it turns on.

Go to page 11 in the manual and here you scan the barcode called Bluetooth pairing setup code.

Now go into settings on your iPad or PC and choose bluetooth, you should see your scanner called “BarCode Scanner HID”, tap on it and after that you should be connected.

Now go to page 18 in the manual and scan the barcode called fast.
​Now it’s ready to use!
