Payment links – easy payment for both shop and customerWith Payment links you can quickly and easily get payment from the customer – already before they step into the shop.
What is a payment link?A payment link is a link you can send directly to the customer via sms or e-mail from your job case/job card.
The customer clicks the link and can pay right away – super simple.
How it worksYou create a case as usual in the system.
Click on "Send payment link" – choose whether it should be sent as an SMS or an email.
The customer receives the link and can:
See what the payment covers (e.g. goods, repair or service)
Pay with card, MobilePay, Apple Pay or Google Pay
As soon as the payment is completed, it is automatically registered on the case.
When the customer comes to pick up their item, the sales assistant can immediately see that the payment has been received.
Benefits for the storeSave time at checkout – the payment is already taken care of.
Avoid errors and misunderstandings around payment.
Secure delivery – you know the payment has been received before the item is handed over.
Perfect for repairs, special orders, prepayments and much more.
In short: The only limit is your imagination!
