Payment links – easy payment for both store and customerWith Payment links you can get paid by the customer quickly and easily – even before they walk into the store.
What’s a payment link?A payment link is a link you can send straight to the customer via SMS or email from your work order.
The customer clicks the link and can pay right away – it’s super simple.
How it worksYou create a case just like you normally would in the system.
Tap "Send payment link" – choose if it should be sent as an SMS or an email.
The customer gets the link and can:
See what the payment covers (e.g. products, repair, or service)
Pay with card, MobilePay, Apple Pay or Google Pay
As soon as the payment is completed, it's automatically registered on the case.
When the customer comes to pick up their item, the staff can right away see that the payment has been received.

Example template for your SMS or emailIf you go to Settings and pick the tab SMS & Email, you can easily edit your SMS templates wherever you need to add a link. Here’s an example for your Pickup SMS, which you use when letting people know their cases/jobs are ready.
Hi [customer_name]
Your item is ready for pickup.
If you want to save time when you come to pick up your item, you can pay in advance via this link: [payment_link]
If you have any questions about the order, you can contact the store at [store_phone]
