A payment link is a link you can send straight to the customer by SMS or email from your job case/job card.
The customer clicks the link and can pay right away – super simple.
You create a case like you normally would in the system.
Click "Send payment link" – choose if it should be sent by SMS or email.
The customer receives the link and can:
See what the payment covers (e.g. goods, repair or service)
Pay with card, Apple Pay or Google Pay
As soon as the payment is completed, it gets automatically registered on the case.
