NOTE. You MUST use the included charger (block + cable) to charge the terminal so it's ready to use. It's important that you use the included charger, otherwise the terminal won't be able to charge.
Once the terminal is unpacked, just turn it on. On the side of the terminal there's a power button that you hold down until it starts up. When it's started, some icons will appear on the screen and it will say "Starting up".
Once the terminal has started up, you need to select the language on it. You do this by:
Press Select language and then click Add a language.
Here you select Danish.
Once you've done that, you can see that you have English as number 1 and Danish as number 2. What you then do is hold your finger on Danish and drag it up as number 1.
So you have Danish as number 1 and English as number 2. Once you've done that, you press the round circle at the bottom of the terminal and then continue.
Now you need to set up the terminal for your network. You do this by:
Press Add network, and then you press Use Wi-Fi.
Select the WiFi you have in the store
Once you've done all that, you press the round circle at the bottom, and then the terminal will say it's configuring and take you to the front of the terminal.
If you don't have Wi-Fi, the terminal will automatically run on mobile network via built-in SIM card. However, we recommend Wi-Fi as it's typically more stable.
Once you've completed all 3 steps, you need to call support so we can help you set up the last part so you can use the terminal at the checkout. When you call, we'll need the last 4 digits of the S/N number on the terminal, which is on the back of the terminal in the gray field.
You can reach support at 30 60 85 86
