If you’re up for it, you can also start the demo yourself from our website.
Practically speaking, there are a few things you need to sort out before you can really get started.
Hardware
Before you start using our system, it's a good idea to get your hardware sorted. Of course, we can help you with all the hardware you need.
If you’re missing a thing or two, or want to upgrade your whole hardware setup, we can help with that too. Reach out for a good offer. You’ll always get full support for hardware bought from us.
If you already have hardware, there’s a good chance it’ll work just fine.
You can read more about hardware and what system requirements we have right here.
Data
If you have data from another system you want to use in our system, you can get it imported, so you're ready to roll from day 1.
Important data to bring into our system could be your customers or your inventory. You can easily get both imported into Customers 1st – just reach out and we’ll help you with it.
Before you import your data, it’s important you have an export from your old system in the form of a CSV, Excel file or something like that.
Once you’ve got both hardware and data sorted, you’re ready to start using the system.
Before you dive in, we recommend you check out some of the many features the system has to offer.
We recommend setting up the general settings in the system before using other features, since a lot of features depend on that info.
