If a customer wants to exchange their existing bike for a new one, we first need to go to Customers and select Customer Units (Customer Bikes for bike shops).
Here, we need to look up the unit by either the VIN-number or the customer's information:
Click "Return" next to the unit and decide whether it is a new or used item:
In this case we select that the item is used, then we set a buyback price and click "Return". After this, we go to the checkout, where we select "Voucher":
Next, we create a new bike order. Add a deposit equal to the amount of the credit note, and use the voucher to pay the deposit. The bicycle sale can then be completed. The customer will now need to pay the bike's price minus the voucher.
