To set a limit for how much cashiers can accept for each payment method, go to settings and choose the POS tab.
Here you just click on the payment type and you can now enter your limit.
As of March 1st, 2024, the limit is 15,000 kroner, so in this example, we've set the limit to 1 krone less.
When you go to the register and try to accept more than the amount you set, the system will warn you like this:
You can still continue with the sale, but the cashier has to confirm it every time the limit is exceeded.
Heads up! It's always the store's responsibility to stay up to date and follow the limit, in case it gets lowered again later.
