You can always create a New order/repair in the system and see which employee has created the ticket/order, which customer has ordered it, the description of the ticket/order, when the customer must pick up the ticket/order and much more.
How to create a New ticket/order:
Click on Tickets
Then you click on New order/repair in the top right corner
At last you enter all the desired information you need in each column
A more in depth description is shown below:
1. Add a Customer
The top part of the page is where you can add an already existing customer or you can choose to create a completely new one.
2. The actual description of the New order/repair
After adding a customer, you can add a Description or a Task.
We have an example of a customized template, called repair, where you can press Replace Chain, which then adds it as a task.
These templates can be fully customized, for example if you have many tasks that are the same and do not need any further description.
This is smart if you want to save some time on the description of the tasks.
You can click here to read more about how to create customized Template tasks.
To the right of the Template and Description, you can add a Start time and End time, what price that was agreed upon and the Status of the order.
You can also add a Task number for a better overview of the different tasks.
If you leave the space empty, the ticket will be given a generated task number.
Next you can see who is Responsible for this ticket/order and add Tags.
Learn more about how to create Tags here.
3. Products
At the bottom of the page is where you can add the Products that you need, just press +Add product or scan the product's barcode.
When they are added, it will look like this:
Here you can add as many items as you need, you can see information on the products and what the profit is, by pressing Show profit margin.
Once you have added all the required information, tap Create on the bottom left and then you have created a New ticket/repair.
